Passenger Service Manager

As a Passenger Service Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for airline passengers. You are accountable for overseeing passenger services at airports, which includes managing a team of customer service agents, ensuring the smooth flow of passengers through check-in and security processes, and addressing passenger needs and concerns. Your role involves a strong focus on customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our Chier Pilot, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall passenger experience by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and resolving any issues that may arise.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n5+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant with an airline, business aviation flight department, or government agency\nStrong knowledge of airport operations and industry best practices\nExcellent communication and people-oriented skills\nAbility to handle stressful situations and work under pressure\nPossesses knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to accommodate first class service to corporate passengers\nHolds a certificate received from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization\n\nWE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
