JOB TITLE: Passenger Service Technician

\nJOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tExperience with passenger service tires.\n\tInspect and test vehicles. Complete preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, and replacing filters.\n\tMaintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; and replacing parts and components.\n\tVerify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.\n\tComply with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.\n\tMaintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs.\n\tKeep shop equipment operational by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs.\n\tKeep supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.\n\tUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.\n\tKeep a clean service area.\n\n

\nEDUCATION \n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or GED.\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tMinimum age of 18.\n\tValid drivers license.\n\tState Inspection license. \n\tMust have own tools.\n\n
