Passenger Vehicle Sales Zone Manager 

to join our European Direct Markets (EDM) team in our Szentendre office.

As Sales Zone Manager you will implement the European Direct Markets Passenger Vehicle sales strategy and action plans in the regional Markets, act as a primary contact person between Ford and the importers, represent the company's interest and objectives.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

You hold a university or College degree, preferably in economics or a technical field.You have 2–5 years of sales experience.You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess and interpret data effectively.You have a valid category B driving license.You are fluent in English, demonstrating excellent communication in both written and spoken forms.You are proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, confidently engaging with clients and stakeholders.You are open to traveling across Europe, embracing the opportunity to represent the company internationally.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

Support importer's operation and give ideas how to improve sales performance, quality, and efficiency within the zone.Deliver the retail and wholesale overall objectives.Industry, segmentation, and production allocation planning.Review and follow competitors’ activities.Follow One Team approach (Sales, Fleet, Commercial Vehicle, Finance, After Sales, Credit).Assure quality and timely reports by Importers & Distributors.Helping fleet business by price quotation requests and relevant and up to date pricing information about competitors.Regularly visit importers to keep track of fleet activities and plan future actions.Negotiate with new business prospects.
