Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced cardiovascular operating room? We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Staff Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room to join our esteemed healthcare team at MRMC. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule (6 AM - 2:30 PM), including call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Clinical Duties Provide expert care in the Cardiology Unit, assessing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Administer cardiovascular-specific medications and treatments with accuracy and safety. Assist with pre, intra, and post-op care for CABG, PPM/ICD, and LHC procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain high patient safety standards. Technology & Documentation Utilize EMR systems for accurate patient documentation and seamless communication. Maintain detailed records of patient progress and physician orders. Leadership & Team Collaboration Lead patient satisfaction initiatives, including bedside handoff and effective communication. Serve as a charge nurse when needed and mentor new nurses for continued team development. Participate in ongoing education, hospital initiatives, and evidence-based nursing practices. Qualifications & Training:
