Salary Package:
£35,000 - £45,000Hybrid Working20 Days Holidays 
The Role
 
We are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for passive fire protection projects, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in pricing projects accurately and ensuring our solutions align with industry regulations and client expectations.
 
Responsibilities
 
Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for passive fire protection works.Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to gather relevant project information.Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and pricing schedules.Identify materials, labor, and equipment costs required for each project.Ensure all estimates comply with current fire safety regulations and industry standards.Assist in the preparation of technical submissions and proposals.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.Support the sales and project management teams with technical expertise. 
Requirements
Proven experience as an estimator within the passive fire protection industry.Strong understanding of fire stopping, fire doors, intumescent coatings, and compartmentation.Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.Please Contact
