Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portions, chopping, and storing food before use. Safely and properly use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. Check and ensure the correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report problems to management. Wash and disinfect the kitchen area; installation and dismantling of the workstation; and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures. Monitor the quality of prepared foods and portions served throughout the shift. Follow all of the company's policies and procedures. Including security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; Complete safety training and certifications. Make sure the uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information; Protect the company's assets. Talk to others using clear, professional language and answer phones using proper etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to achieve common goals. Comply with expectations and quality standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Move on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and bending. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
