Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to serve seniors with compassionate, supportive care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.
Responsibilities: Committed to the spiritual care of all at Saint Therese, the Pastoral Care Coordinator serves as a member of the Pastoral Care team who visits, comforts, and gives counsel to residents, family members and occasionally staff members. Organizes, coordinates and manages the operations of the campus volunteer programs.
This position will be full-time scheduled 8:00am - 4:30pm working every other weekend.

Saint Therese of Corcoran is full of social vibrancy in an urban setting, distinctive living spaces and a variety of amenities to create an experience the resident is looking for to create their future home. The campus will offer 153 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Amenities of the site include dining options, wellness center with pool, library, lounge area, golf simulator, salon, and wood shop area.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies or related field experience desired. Completion of the Clinical Pastoral Experience (CPE) desired.
Experience: Experience in pastoral ministry in health care setting required (prefer senior care setting or hospice based). One year experience in a volunteer leadership role or comparable work experience.

A pleasant mannerism and Christian values which welcome each person as Christ. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to work with distressed and anxious residents, families and staff. A commitment to those experiencing spiritual challenges, anguish or distress. A comfort in sharing prayer and in speaking about spirituality, death and dying. Proficient computer skills including MS Office. Commitment to the mission and vision of Saint Therese Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate functions of a volunteer program Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Effective time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated problem solving skills Critical Thinking ' uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
