About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Patry Head Chef position to join our Kitchen Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Organize and set up the pastry section, ensuring efficient dish preparation, quality control, and inventory management. Maintain consistent dish preparation, adhere to standard recipes, and manage food costs while minimizing waste. Assist across kitchen sections as needed, provide guidance and demonstrate production methods to pastry team members. Oversee store orders, daily inventory, proper stock rotation, and ensure food safety standards are met. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain cleanliness in all areas, and contribute to new product development and production planning.
