Essential Duties
A. Food Production, Inventory Planning and Control
2.1 Produce gluten-free products based on standard recipes of Baking Therapy
2.2 Fulfill production schedule based on stores’ forecasts
2.3 Minimize wastage and shrinkage by ensuring products are made based on standard recipe
2.4 Collaborate in the development of new products based on current trends
B. Food Safety Management
2.5 Consistently adheres to all food safety guidelines and practices set by the Quality
Assurance team
2.6 Ensures all ingredients used are all-natural and approved by QA team
C. Customer Focus
2.7 Actively listens to feedback provided by external and internal customers
2.8 Studies the current demands and trends, incorporating the ideas to formulate new products that will be beneficial for the customers
2.9 Accommodates special requests as much as possible
D. Other related duties and responsibilities
2.10 Work and coordinate proactively with other departments
2.11 Perform other responsibilities assigned by the chef-in-charge
