Our new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience.

Located on the ground floor, we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

We serve a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavours creates a simple menu perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.

Hourly rate of £13 plus service charge

What will I be doing?

\n\nAssist running the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen\nEnsure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings\nBring creativity to the pastry offerings\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations\n\n

 

\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\nProven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction\nA passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career\nProof of completion in a basic food hygiene course\n\n

ELIGIBILITY

\n\nIn line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.\nDocumentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)\n\n
