Settle into one of our spacious accommodations – 80 percent with ocean views – and fill your days with water sports, relaxing pool time, and exotic dining experiences.Key Elements of the Job· Work well with others in an intense environment· Demonstrate an ability to follow recipes and instructions· Communicate professionally and courteously to FOH and peers· Ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment· Work a flexible schedule, both AM and PM which adapts to the needs of the operation· Execute daily service while maintaining the needed parts for the bake shop· Perform daily responsibilities with a can do attitude· Work closely with team mates to deliver the highest quality of service and product to our guest.
