This internship includes exposure to the hotel pastry division as well as certain restaurants on property. The pastry cook extern is responsible for assisting with the preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards. They also assist in the bread operation that supplies all in house made breads within the hotel.
