Job Summary

Bern's Steak House is looking for a professional pastry assistant who can prep, cook and plate all menu items according to our standards. You will be required to work production shifts as well as line/plating shifts. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, late nights and holidays Prep station with all necessary items for plating Prepare and plate all items according to Chefs' standardsEnsure production quality of all products in high volume fine dining restaurantMaintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shiftMaintain safety standards at all times

Attention to detail  Must work well with othersMust work quickly in a safe and effective mannerNeed to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as this is an open station visible to guestsAbility to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
