The PathNet Senior Solution Architect is a key role responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the PathNet system and its associated laboratory instruments. This position ensures that the health system’s laboratory services operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Architect serves as the subject matter expert, providing leadership in system optimization, troubleshooting, and support for new technology adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
System Support and Maintenance:
Manage the day-to-day operation of the PathNet system, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability. Perform troubleshooting and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Implement system updates, patches, and configurations in coordination with IT and lab teams.Integration Management:
Oversee the integration of PathNet with lab instruments, electronic health records (EHR), and other downstream systems. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interoperability.Optimization and Development:
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the system’s efficiency and functionality. Lead efforts to integrate new laboratory technologies and workflows into PathNet.Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that PathNet operations adhere to all applicable regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain data accuracy and system security to support quality lab results and reporting.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with laboratory staff, IT teams, and clinical leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training and guidance to users to maximize system effectiveness.
