POSITION SUMMARY Provides anatomic pathology services under the direction and supervision of a licensed, board-certified pathologist.  Qualified to perform all of surgical and autopsy functions of a pathologist leading up to, but not including, the diagnosis. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education B.S. Degree in a Science field
Minimum Experience Two years’ experience in a NAACLS-Accredited Pathologist Assistant Program
Required Registration/License/Certification PA (ASCP)
Preferred Education Master’s Degree from a NAACLS-Accredited Pathologist Training Program
Preferred Experience 1-3 years’ experience as a Pathologist Assistant in a Pathology Laboratory.
