Patient Access Assistant | Paynesville

Enjoy a rewarding career at CentraCare as a Patient Access Assistant in Paynesville!  Our Patient Access Assistants are the first point of contact for our patients and visitors and perform registration duties within the hospital and clinic. This role requires independent analysis, exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed. You will be responsible for verifying patient and insurance information, scheduling appointments, obtaining and identifying information necessary to produce billable patient accounts and more!  

Schedule Part-time | 16 hours every two weeks | Paynesville Hospital & Clinic  Various shifts Monday - Friday between 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm  Rotating weekends and holidays 
  Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience  Pay range: $16.59 - $24.92 per hour  Earn extra pay for working evening and weekend shifts!  College grant programs available!  Benefits available: PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts! 
  Qualifications Minimum of 1 year clerical, administrative, or customer service experience -OR- 1 year of prior scheduling, billing, patient access, accounts receivable, and/or collections experience
