Job Description
The Patient Access Coordinator will manage patient check-ins and check-outs, verify patient information, collect payments, and schedule appointments. This role also involves contacting patients regarding no-shows or rescheduling, sending out dictated letters, and assisting in the back office as needed. The coordinator will work with multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Occasionally, shifts may extend to 8:00 PM with overtime pay. The role involves traveling in a company van to Brenham 2-3 times a week, with paid travel time. The coordinator will always travel from the Cypress clinic. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs and tennis shoes. This collaborative role involves working alongside other patient access coordinators and directly with physicians.
