Customer service caregivers deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. **A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-5:30pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the organization's strategic plan and vision. + Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. + Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. + Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. + Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives for the department. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Five years of experience in Healthcare or Customer Service Management. + Will consider Finance, HIS, IT, or Nursing supervisory experience in high volume facility as well. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $30.41 Maximum hourly: $46.38 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
