If so, we encourage you to apply! **JOB SUMMARY:** As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient, ensuring their needs are met and their visit runs smoothly. **Your responsibilities will include:** + Greeting patients and verifying their insurance information. + Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. + Collecting co-pays and deductibles. + Answering phones and responding to inquiries. + Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. + Providing excellent customer service and resolving patient concerns. + Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. **Qualifications** **MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** + One year of customer service work experience is required, two years preferred. Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. + Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. + A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. **Pay Range** $17.93 - $26.76 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
