Patient Access Representative

The Opportunity:

Candidate must exhibit excellent customer service skills with knowledge of the principles and practices of customer service and telephone courtesy.  Position requires being able to maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality and dignity at all times, consistently striving for the utmost in patient satisfaction. 

This position conducts professional patient interviews obtaining demographic, financial, and biographical information. Strong computer skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment are required.
