Compensation: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience

 

Position Overview:

Broken Arrow Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Patient Account Representative who is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients including answering account-specific queries. This position is a point of contact for all non-clinical patient services.  Your big smile in our fun and energetic clinic will go a long way!

Job Duties:

Creating invoices and sending payment reminders to patientsPreparing accounts receivable transactions and processing paymentsGreet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceEnsuring billings and receivables are correctly processed promptlyAddress and correct any discrepancies in accounts or billingsAnswer phones, Electronic scheduling, Data entryVerify current personal and financial informationMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsVerify insurance benefitsCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsFax, file, and perform any other duties as assigned

 Qualifications: 

High school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous medical office experience1+ years of previous billing and accounts receivable experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
