Description We are in search of a Patient Accounting/Finance Manager to join our team in Stockton, California. In this role, you will be integral to our financial operations, preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing various accounting functions. This position is part of a small administrative team and necessitates in-person attendance. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports • Assist in tracking budget, making journal entries, and closing financial statements • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations • Contribute to audits by providing necessary support and information • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records • Handle tax filings and ensure process adherence • Implement and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) • Use ADP for financial services and BlackLine for accounting functions • Utilize Concur for expense management and billing functions. For immediate consideration please contact Cortney Reese 209-225-2014 Requirements • The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Experience with BlackLine is highly desirable. • Knowledge of Concur software is beneficial. • The candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Ability to handle various accounting functions effectively is crucial. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Auditing skills are essential for this role. • The candidate should be well-versed in billing functions.
