Patient Adherence Manager

Garantizando la alineación con la estrategia de las áreas terapéuticas priorizadas y el cumplimiento del governance de GSK, la regulación local y las buenas prácticas del sector. Responsabilidades: · Monitorear cambios normativos, tendencias de mercado y del sistema de salud para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, asegurando soluciones oportunas y centradas en el paciente. · Colaborar con Brand Teams y equipos de acceso para integrar la perspectiva del paciente en las estrategias terapéuticas y conversaciones clave con stakeholders. · Diseñar, implementar y supervisar programas de apoyo al paciente que mejoren su experiencia y adherencia, alineados con estándares corporativos y normativos. · Incorporar datos, tecnología y herramientas digitales para evaluar la efectividad de los programas y optimizar resultados en un entorno de salud cambiante. · Proponer iniciativas innovadoras y mejores prácticas internas y externas que impulsen el éxito en la adherencia a terapias. · Liderar equipos interdisciplinarios y gestionar recursos estratégicamente para alcanzar los objetivos de persistencia, adherencia y experiencia del paciente Por que tú? Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o un campo relacionado. Manejo de proyectos con alcance nacional, agilidad en la gestión de proyectos complejos Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en roles relacionados con programas de apoyo al paciente o gestión de proyectos.
