The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region. Responsibilities The Patient Advocate is an important part of our customer service at Bailey Medical Center. This position will coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff as well as with registration and the scheduling department. The Patient Advocate will also help with non-clinical scope of service by working with the House Supervisor’s rounding on admissions. Extra duties include registering patients, working the front information desk, pull no shows and fax to scheduling. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Job Requirements: Microsoft Office Programs preferred Previous related Healthcare or customer service experience preferred
