Patient Assistance Coordinator | Pharmacy | Mon-Fri, Day Shift
Overview Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Assistance Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring patients have access to essential medications by managing patient assistance programs (PAPs) effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with enrollment and eligibility verification for PAPs. Coordinate with drug manufacturers, foundations, and providers to secure medications. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all program activities. Respond to inquiries from pharmacy staff and patients regarding PAP processes. Monitor program updates and ensure timely renewals and follow-ups. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida Previous experience in pharmacy, or patient assistance programs is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required Education:GED or High School DiplomaPreferred Education:Graduate of accredited Pharmacy Technician training programNecessary Skills:1. Good mathematical skills2.
