Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to: • Greet and assist customers ascertaining their needs and answering any questions• Process orders completed by QA team and complete remaining steps• Maintain re-supply schedules• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and be able to manage multiple lines when needed Pay is $16+ per hour DOE.
