Job description:
Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for coordinating the information and support necessary to ensure the smooth flow of patients through our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you will provide customer service by assisting patients with check-in, registration, billing/financial aid, and insurance processes. Patient Care Coordinators work collaboratively with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling patients, surgeries, clinic operations, insurance authorizations, and other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:
1 year experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role. Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.Preferred Qualifications:
