Our clinic offers services in family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, social services, patient education, and referrals to specialty care. We are a Certified Health Care Home and offer enhanced care coordination services. 

What you will do as a Patient Care Supervisor:

Works alongside clinic staff to provide outstanding customer service and patient careProvides daily workflow direction to accommodate clinic efficiency and meet site objectivesPartners with clinic leadership in making hiring, performance management, pay, and overall staffing decisionsLeads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiativesCoordinates training of staff upon hire and provides ongoing development and mentorshipEnsures that staff training aligns with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies/requirementsAssists with the development and implementation of required training, as well as administering of policies, procedures, and standard processes

What you will need:

BLS CertificationHigh school diploma with some post-secondary education or technical healthcare trainingDemonstrated process improvement experience3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting, and a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical settingShown mentor, team-building, and performance leadership skills

Hours:  1.0 FTE
