High School Diploma or GED required.  Experience in acute, long term care and/or rehabilitation care preferred.  Ability to understand, follow instructions, readying and writing skills required, effective communication and interpersonal skills, a stable emotional makeup required to work and remain calm in a stressful, fast-paced environment.  Physical demands include lifting, moving, walking and standing for long periods of time.
