Qualifications: A. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Be listed with the Texas Department of Health Nurse Aid Registry and Certified Phlebotomist or one of the following: 1. EMT or Paramedic training 2. Medical Assistant 3. Completion of 2nd Semester Nursing RN program. B. Training and Experience: Must successfully complete computer training, pass a phlebotomy test with a score of 80% or better. Knowledge of medical and technical terminology and hospital policies and procedures. These skills must be completed within 1 year of hire.
