+ DESCRIPTION OF POSITION + A member of the healthcare team who aids the Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse and nursing assistants with clerical and patient care duties on the nursing units + QUALIFICATIONS + Professional/Educational + At least 17 years of age. + Currently Certified by IDPH as a CNA. + Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). + DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. + Basic computer skills preferred + Personal + Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct. + Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others. + Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. + Ability to follow directions accurately. + Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care. Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
