Responsible for assisting clinicians and clinical staff in completing daily tasks in an outpatient primary care setting, including but not limited to the below. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Perform phlebotomy, point of care testing, specimen handling 2. Patient rooming including: Obtaining and recording vital signs, patient medical history, and medication reconciliation. 3. Performs EKG's, vision tests, prior authorizations, Epic in-basket messages 4. Maintains phlebotomy and laboratory equipment and inventory 5. Performs quality controls and maintains logs. 6. Appointment scheduling and cross trained in front desk duties when needed 7. Other related duties as assigned. Required: 1. HS Diploma or equivalent Preferred: 1. Epic EMR Proficiency 2. Phlebotomy/ PCT certification 3.
