Responsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met. Daily tasks might include things like feeding and cleaning the patient or monitoring vital signs and health. 


Principal Accountabilities:


1. Works as a team to support physicians in the practice

2. Answer patient calls and directs clinical inquiries appropriately

3. Rooms patients, takes vital signs and documents in EMR

4. Assists physicians with office procedures

5. Maintains reprocessing equipment

6. Reprocesses instruments and scopes

7. Obtains test and procedure authorizations

8. Other related duties as assigned.
