Patient Concierge - Plastic Surgery Office
Medical Receptionist/Patient Concierge Representative

11AM- 7 PM


The patient concierge role is the first face seen by patients. This role requires someone with a 'can do' attitude. No task is too small and flexibility with time is essential. The role will most likely cover the evening shift from 11am-7pm, but the ideal candidate would be available for any 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays will be available to achieve overtime.

This position is on-site at a plastic surgery office. The role is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Compensation will commensurate with experience, with a 90-day probationary period for performance. The office is busiest from September to May, offering 40 hours per week. During the slower summer months from June to August, 20 hours per week are guaranteed, with the possibility of up to 40 hours.
