Summary

An individual with a customer service background who provides support to patients and families as well as care team members ensuring patients and families are informed, involved, and positively impact the overall patient experience at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. This individual will also facilitate communication among team members as appropriate and prevention and resolution of patient and family concerns as appropriate. This individual has demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a collaborative manner with ancillary team members, clinicians and leaders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field 3-5 yrs experience in conflict resolution/high level customer service
