Effectively collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and vendors to provide a mission driven and safe experience for patients, their families, guests, and team members. **The value you’ll bring to the team** **:** · Developing, communicating, and implementing patient experience strategy and program internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers and contractors understand strategic plan and how it carries out the company’s overall goals. · Responsible for staff training for Patient Experience. · Able to strategically and operationally facilitate change. · Works with leadership and helps drive decision making that creates medium- and long-term goals. · Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan along with specific operational processes and systems.
