Pay Range: $20.91 - $31.37
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Patient Experience, the Patient Experience Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and clinical staff and is responsible for promoting safe, efficient, and quality care delivery. The individual in this position will serve as the point of contact for complaints, grievances, and concerns for McLaren Flint. Additionally, the Patient Experience Coordinator will assist in providing relevant support, education, and training across the organization related to the patient experience.
Required:
Associate degree in business administration or related field Six months previous customer service experience
Preferred:
Previous process improvement and customer service experience
