Interrelates with patients, families, representatives, visitors and staff to assess satisfaction and promotes positive care experiences. Serves as a trusted advocate and appropriately manages and resolves organizational concerns. The position collaboratively advances the promotion, implementation, and integration of strategies to improve care experiences. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, values of Holzer Health System, department objectives, and all other duties as assigned.
Education/Work Experience:
• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. clinical area, healthcare or business administration, marketing, communications).
• 3-5 years healthcare experience with 2 years in the acute and/or ambulatory care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer service skills; problem solving; planning and organizing; de-escalation and conflict resolution; professionalism; critical thinking; proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Experience with RL Datix preferred.
