Patient Financial Services Manager

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n

Responsible for organizing and making strategic decisions about the credit and collections department, coding, and maximizing reimbursement. Establishes and maintains departmental policies and procedures, leveraging modern billing software and EHR systems to optimize revenue cycle management.\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\n5 years Healthcare billing and collection experience.\nProven direct team management experience and skills.\nAdvanced competency with modern EHR and billing software.\nStrong writing and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with insurance industry regulations and procedures.\nDemonstrated success managing cross-functional, interdisciplinary partnerships.\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBilingual writing and oral skills in Spanish and English.\nCertified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).\n\n
