The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. CST and Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST.Education Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Experience with handling cash payments, self-pay collections and exceptional customer service skills.Knowledge of utilizing office equipment such as computers, software applications, printer, FAX, copier, and billing programsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, call center and/or collectionsLicensure/Certification Qualifications:No certification/licensure required.
