Patient Flow RN, Wilson Tower Shift Evening Rotational Hours per week: 36 Salary range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience. Overview The Patient Flow RN is responsible for screening and facilitating all patient admissions, prioritizing placement of patients and assigning the correct level of care, coordinating patient transfers, facilitating the house-wide movement of patients, resolving patient flow issues and initiating related performance and quality improvement projects.
