Sodexo is hiring a Patient Food Service Manager at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this 147 bed medical center. This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.
The Patient Food Service Manager primarily works a 10:30am-7:30pm Monday - Friday schedule. The salary range is competitive and based on experience with a rich benefits package that kicks in immediately. .
The successful candidate will:
lead the daily operations of patient room service dining programmanage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisorscoordinate department safety and sanitationensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarksengage with employees and promote an inclusive culture preform rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction
We are looking for candidates who have:
management experience in the food service industry experience leading a team in a kitchen environment and enforcing safety & sanitation protocols natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
