This is a 1 year contractor position. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Roche.

Your Responsibilities

As a trusted partner and primary point of contact between Roche and healthcare professionals, you will:

Bring external insights to uncover opportunities for transforming patient outcomes.Use decision-making authority to request resources for a greater impact on the patient journey.Ensure outstanding experiences for stakeholders engaging with Roche products and services.

Who you are?

A University Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry.Preferred experience  in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding partnering capabilities.Ability to understand and leverage digital technologies and agile ways of working is desirable.Ability to learn and unlearn quickly, take risks, and experiment.System thinker and deep listener.Credibility and punctuality in information flow.Creativity and market intelligence.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Outstanding organizational skills and teamwork.Basic knowledge of MS Office.Proficiency in spoken and written English and fluent speaker of Bosnian/ Croatian/ Serbian.Valid driving license.

The Challenges

This role will require you to:

Act as a steward for Roche's products, supporting their appropriate use.Work collaboratively with the Roche team to achieve the transformation of the healthcare ecosystem.Identify obstacles in the patient journey and initiate activities to improve treatment and care.
