The PositionAs a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful change in the Danish healthcare ecosystem. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals (HCPs), identifying barriers in the patient journey and co-creating solutions that improve outcomes. In this role, you will bring innovative treatments to market, ensure optimal patient access, and shape the future of neurology care. The Opportunity
Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs, building positive relationships and driving engagement.
Identify challenges in the patient journey and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions.
Support the appropriate use of Roche’s MS treatments by communicating scientific and real-world data effectively.
Provide insights into the market and healthcare ecosystem to craft strategies and materials for HCPs and patients.
Lead partner planning efforts, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for those engaging with Roche.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and other teams to optimize patient access and demand.
Drive customer-centric initiatives that remove roadblocks and build balanced value for patients and the healthcare system.
Who You Are
A strategic and forward-thinking professional with a strong ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, holding a University degree in a relevant field (scientific, pharmacy, business/marketing, or MD).
Skilled in customer engagement, with at least 3-5 years of experience working closely with HCPs as a Product Manager, Customer Experience Manager, MSL, or Medical Advisor.
Experienced in Multiple Sclerosis or Neurology, with a strong network and ability to collaborate effectively with HCPs and Thought Leaders.
A strong communicator who can translate insights and data into impactful messaging and strategic actions, with fluent proficiency in Danish and English.
Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team, driving initiatives with autonomy and accountability to achieve meaningful impact.
