The Patient Journey Partner Oncology (BS, BL, AG, SO, BE, LU) demonstrates personal purpose around improving the patient journey, as well as strong passion to create value and impact on the ecosystem. The PJP thinks from an Enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, in order to bring best possible outcomes to both the local health environment, and more broadly, across Roche globally.

As the primary point of contact and partner of trust for stakeholders in Oncology, you observe the entire patient journey, including indication, diagnosis, treatment landscape, patient potential, persona, and thought leaders
You are skilled at identifying common interests and needs with stakeholders, and you collaborate with them and the Roche network to build solutions that benefit patients. Your focus is on ensuring an excellent customer experience
As a Patient Journey Partner, you launch and support value-adding projects for various stakeholders in your ecosystem
You engage in scientific exchange and provide product-related information and consultation in a lawful, candid, and balanced manner. Additionally, you collaborate with medical functions and facilitate cross-functional exchange of information and insights to inform medical activities
Who you are:As our ideal candidate you bring several years of experience in customer engagement in the above mentioned cantons with a proven track record to build. Proficiency in German and English is required, and proficiency in French is a plus. You maintain and grow relationships and partnerships with various stakeholders. And also:
As a system thinker and deep listener, you possess the ability to understand sophisticated dynamics and actively listen to various perspectives
Your knowledge of the Oncology market, including your understanding of your own products, competitors, potentials, and trends, enables you to make informed decisions and strategies. A strong Oncology customer network in the ecosystem “Mitte” is an advantage
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as you partner with defined healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs)
Your experience in formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is highly desired, allowing you to drive collaboration and alignment across different functions
Strong business acumen is a key attribute, and expertise in commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience excellence improves your ability to make informed decisions and drive success
