Facilitate patient/family experience at Mercy Virtual by providing coordinated personal, professional and compassionate service. Qualifications: Education: College degree preferred, high school diploma required. Licensure: Class E Driver's License. Experience: 2 plus years as a Medical Assistant required with previous experience in a Medical Office and/or Hospital. Certification/Registration: BLS required or within 6 months of hire Other skills & knowledge: Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in triage software and electronic medical record..
