POSITION SUMMARY This position works in a team setting to deliver high quality patient care, performs patient scheduling, insurance verification, collection duties, and medication reconciliations accurately, ensures database integrity, facilitates claims processing, and collects patient vital signs. Demonstrating professional interaction, communication, cooperation with staff, sensitivity to confidential matters, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to problem-solve are also key components of the position as are a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving work environment. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience N/A
Required Registration/License/Certification   BLS certification within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.  
Preferred Education Associate Degree in Business or Health Related Field
Preferred Experience One year working in a healthcare related field.
