Our Patient First Digital Solutions, a division of PPD, focuses on simplifying patient enrollment for researchers. We focus on patient recruitment, decentralized trial solutions, and site-enabling & patient-facing technology, all which are digitally enabled, human-centered and Patient First.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Patient Recruitment Marketing Data Lead (known as the Patient First Marketing Data Lead) is a key patient recruitment role for a candidate with a history of growing research opportunities for patients using data, digital and/or AI solutions. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare data/infrastructure and experience translating this information into patient referrals and successful randomizations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Identify data sources across research and healthcare that could lead to the identification and referral of patients.Develop a global data omnichannel and successfully apply omnichannel solutions, understanding the variability across indications, countries and patient profiles. Measure the success of data application to successful randomizations within study applications.Be the data omnichannel SME both pre-award and post-award.Responsible for business development tasks, including writing and reviewing proposals, presenting proposals to clients, and representing the department at professional meetings.Champion client relationships and supervise strategic sell initiatives of the department.This is a home-based position for US candidates in the Eastern time zone.
HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?
Bachelor's degreePrevious healthcare, CRO or pharmaceutical experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10 years’ experience).5+ years of management responsibilityIn some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Deep understanding of the patient recruitment market with Subject Matter Expert level knowledge base.Highly motivated and committed manager with a proven track record in developing capabilities and achieving year-over-year growth.Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Analytical approach, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment.Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technology.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are committed to fostering a healthy and harmonious workplace for our employees. May require as-needed travel (0-20%).The salary range estimated for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 USD. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
