Patient Recruitment Specialist II

Actively looking to hire Multiple Patient Care Coordinators that are interested in getting into clinical research to support a research site in recruiting patients for clinical trials! This is an ONSITE ROLE working 12pm - 9pm EST Monday to Friday. Must be bilingual in Spanish! This will move quickly! Apply today!

Manage the recruitment of subjects for study participation via methods including, but not limited to: database review, contacting prior patients, reaching out topatients identified by outreach or advertising, patients who have recently completed a previous studyDevelop and conduct pre-screen procedures utilizing sponsor/trial specific pre-screen questionnaire to evaluate potential eligibility for a clinical trialResponsible for developing a rapport with and providing excellent customer service to prospective patientsAnswer questions regarding participation in a clinical research trial including but not limited to fundamental of informed consent as well as general informationregarding study proceduresEnter and track subjects into the site’s clinical database ensuring accurate contact information and basic patient demographicsSchedule subjects for on-site screening visits and collaborate with Site Director regarding staffing needsEvaluate necessary information from the research participants (i.e., HIPAA, MedicalChart Release Authorization, Questionnaires) and when applicable, medical recordsUnderstand the protocol (i.e., study timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, study requirements)Maintain, track, and perform quality checks on various site logs (i.e., study subject enrollment logs, pre-screen, and screening logs) as neededAttend community events to promote and advertise for studiesTrack and assist in evaluating responses for individual patient outreach initiatives including but not limited to centralize advertising campaigns and localsite-initiated campaigns to assist Site Director in determining success and ROI of campaignMaintain confidentiality of patient protected health information

Qualifications

Must be Bilingual in Spanish Minimum 2 years of Healthcare or Clinical Research experience

 

Schedule

Monday-Friday 12pm to 9pm EST Must be comfortable training 3-4 weeks on Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
