Essential Functions:
Working directly in the outpatient therapy department in the Trios Care Center:
Greets the patients and maintains direct eye contract for excellent customer service. Answer the telephone and effectively assist all customers/patients. Gathers demographic information and enters/updates in computer system. Notifies clinical staff of patients delays and cancellations Call incoming patients, and maintain the therapy providers schedules Prepares and maintains accurate medical records. Proficiently works with computer systems to communicate and maintain patient health records. Registers patients Conducts intake activities with respect for patient's privacy and rights. Reacts in positive helpful manner to questions or inquiries. Interacts with waiting patients to keep them apprised of delaysQualifications and requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Associate's degree- PreferredBenefits:
